This policy covers fustana.al and localized pages such as /de/privacy. It does not cover independent designer storefronts that you visit from Fustana.

Account data: email address, password authentication handled by Supabase, name, birthday if provided, and profile preferences.

Shopping and personalization data: wishlist items, lookbooks, designer follows, product alerts, quiz answers, and saved recommendations when you use those features.

Contact and appointment data: name, email, optional phone number, designer or product reference, preferred appointment times, and the message you submit.

Newsletter and email data: your email address, subscription status, unsubscribe token, and email engagement needed to deliver or stop email messages.

Designer portal data: brand profile, business contact details, product images, product descriptions, catalogue status, and review status submitted by designers.

Technical and analytics data: IP address, device and browser information, page views, referral data, and event data. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense, and Vercel Analytics load only after you accept optional cookies.

We process account, wishlist, lookbook, alert, inquiry, appointment, and designer portal data to provide the service you request or to take steps before a transaction.

We process newsletter and optional analytics/advertising data based on your consent. You can withdraw optional cookie consent through Cookie Settings in the footer or by clearing the fustana-cookie-consent entry in your browser storage.

We process security logs, abuse prevention, and basic service diagnostics based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe and reliable service.

We may keep limited records where required for legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage infrastructure.

Vercel hosts the website and provides optional analytics after consent.

Resend sends transactional, newsletter, inquiry, appointment, and nurture emails.

Google provides optional Analytics, Tag Manager, and AdSense after consent.

Designers receive the inquiry or appointment details you choose to send so they can respond. When you leave Fustana for a designer storefront, that store's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Our providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, provider transfer mechanisms, or adequacy decisions.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Wishlist, lookbook, follow, and alert data is kept while you use those features or until you delete it or request deletion.

Inquiry and appointment records are kept while needed to handle the request, maintain service records, and resolve follow-up questions. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Technical logs and analytics records are kept according to provider settings and only as long as needed for security, diagnostics, measurement, or legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Optional analytics and advertising scripts are not loaded until you accept optional cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to the catalogue.

Fustana is intended for adults shopping for occasion, evening, and bridal wear. It is not directed to children.
